London - Day 2

London - Day 1

We were excited to be going to London for our Anniversary 

We had some lunch in Covent Garden

.....but disaster struck - Joss went all posh and did a Matt Morris

Fully(ish) refreshed, we headed off to the British Museum for some culture

We were here to broaden our minds - not for cheap laughs

Look, a man running with an erection

Joss reckoned she could do something with this in the garden - but didn't want a cracked one, obviously....

And the Greek 4 times hopping champion was ......

Joss never could resist a celebrity stalk

Seems like a nice boy

I thought camels were treated badly back in the day but this one's having a right laugh

Who knew they had a Claire's Accessories ?

Airfix was a lot better in ancient times

Must have been cold when she sat for this

She's lost the end of her nose to frost bite - what were you thinking??

On the day of our anniversary I agree - nothing says marriage more than a firm hand shake

Is it me or was the cat not expecting this ending....?

Ancient Homer - D'oh!!!

After the briefest of rests, we were ready to go out - so we adopted the tried and tested pose

We decided on Chinese and Chinatown was more Hollywood than I expected

But we weren't going to get sucked in - we wanted authenticity ...... #fail

To be fair, the starter looked lovely

.....and tasted grrrrrreeeeat

We thought the main course was expensive - turns out we ordered for 12

Yes, of course we ate it!!

Only 1 traditional way to finish off a Chinese - that's right, an Irish bar

We were worried that ramblers had taken over

But who cares - still a great way to end a lovely day :-)
